Propagation Station - Vase - Walnut

-Arch made from 4 layers of 1.5mm thick solid black walnut which were glued together and clamped in a bending form to dry. The arch is very rigid for how thin it is because of the laminations

-Solid walnut base in a tree trunk shape

-Small sun shape engraved on top

-Finished with an eco friendly, zero VOC hard-wax oil. This finish is very smooth to the touch and doesn't look like a plastic coating like lacquer or polyurethane.
